Similar to coconut Italian ices. This is a refreshing Puerto Rican version of coconut flavored ice cubes. It is usually frozen in ice trays. You can also use cups, small bowls, cupcake pan or popsicle molds, whatever suits you. With the ice trays, it makes 48 small servings. An adult serving is 2 pieces that totals 24 servings per person.

This is a rich chocolate sauce. Nothing particularly low cal about this one but I have found very few vegan chocolate sauces and have not cared for the ones I have tried, this one beats them all in my opinion. I love having a little on a banana for a real treat.
