Angie's Broiled Tilapia Parmesan
Low in fat, high on taste! This is so easy and quick to make, too! Basically, use 1 tablespoon of parmesan cheese per fillet that you will broil. Add just enough mayo to form a thick paste, then thin it with the lemon juice. Add seasonings to your liking. YUM!!
(Other recipes call for butter, but I find that if I use butter, it drains off of the fish and onto the pan. Leaving the butter out helps to keep the cheese topping on the fish!)Submitted by: FAUXVIRGO
