I usually microwave red potatoes (around 2.5 minutes per potato), but some occasions call for a little more flourish :-)
I calculated nutrition using flour and vegetable oil but you may not need that much of either.
This is high in sodium and so I do not use it often. But it has long been a favorite here.
* I changed this to reduce the sodium content. I included low sodium chicken broth in place of regular. It is still pretty high in sodium.
