I used my professional grade Vita Mixer for this recipe. It might not do as well in a standard blender, since the craisins might not grind up as easily.
If you can't stomach carrot juice by itself, this makes it a little yummier, plus you now have protein from the milk.
Do this diet only 3 days. This is meant to jump start your weight loss or get off those pesky 5-10 pounds quickly. It is not meant to be continued after 3 days. It can, however, be repeated every 2 weeks or so. As always, check with your Doctor for his or her advice on weight loss and diets.
