This is super easy to make. The directions cook a litle too long I have found. Also, feel free to change the herbs. I substituted Oregano and rosemary for parsley and marjoram. I really like the rosemary.
I based it on another recipe using what I had on hand. Here's a photo of what's left of it! Even my gluten eating husband liked this one!
Just quick and plain chicken salad from leftover roaster. I had no celery on hand, but usually include this for 'crunch'.
