Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    * Soy Sauce, 1 cup
    * Lime Juice, .25 cup
    * Garlic powder, 3 tbsp
    * Ginger, ground, 2 tbsp
    * Shirataki Tofu Spaghetti, 8 oz
    * *Nakano Seasoned Rice Vinegar, 8 tbsp
    * Beef, top sirloin, 10 oz
    * Corn Starch, .13 cup
    * Broccoli, frozen, .75 package (10 oz)

Directions

Ginger, Rice Vinegar and Beef in a plastic bag. Allow to marinade for at least 1/2 an hour.

Cut the beef into thin strips.

Add liquid from marinade bag and corn starch to frying pan. Dissolve the corn starch. Add the beef and cook gently. After 1-2 minutes add the broccoli. As the broccoli becomes warm, add the shirataki. Heat until all ingredients are cooked through.
