Ingredients

    1 C shredded cabbage
    2 T chopped onion
    1/4 C shpped cucumber
    1/8 C chpped red peppers
    1/8 C slivered almonds
    2 T ginger sesame salad dressing
    6 oz of shredded chicken breast
    6 leaves of Bib lettuce (or similar)

Directions

Chop up cabbage, onions cucumbers, and peppers and mix in bowl with almonds and dressing.
Shred your chicken breast.
Top each lettuce leaf with 1/6 of the vegitable mixture and 1/6 of the shredded chickn breast.
Roll up like taquito and enjoy
