use pure vanilla extract instead of imitation. Use GF cocoa powder (Nestle' & Trader Joe's both are GF) 1 serving = 1 tbsp
Make this either as mini meatloaves in a muffin tin or as 1 large loaf. Did not account for salt & pepper or herbs in nutrition info as those are a matter of taste. I use a combo of basil, oregano and thyme. Top with 1 recipe "GF/CF Mini Meatloaves Glaze" (not calculated in nutrition info)
This is perfect for a gluten free and lactose free diet. Those without food sensitivities can use regular multigrain bread and lowfat milk. (Parmesan cheese contains little to no lactose....the older and harder the cheese, the lower the lactose level.)
Took the recipe from somewhere else, but the ingredients and technique came from the Whole Food's Grocery store - got the technique from the Bakery! These are perfect post workout.

I like this, because I am allergic to tomatoes, and cannot eat most chili recipes. This one is also good, because it has a secret ingredient, dry cocoa, which makes it really good.
