This is a recipe I created while following the CORE program at WW. It's a tasty treat and full of power foods. I do use brown sugar, but used to use the splenda brown sugar to maintain a "core program" dessert. it's delicious!
Love each of the B, L, and T components of a BLT, but can't eat gluten, and can't stand mayo. Thought of a BLT soup/stew, and figured, why not!! Used turkey bacon and napa cabbage in place of the traditional bacon and lettuce.
As written, this recipe is gluten free, low in fat, and less than 150 calories per [large] serving!
