Ingredients

    1.5 cup Spinach, fresh
    1 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, California (Haas)
    1 serving Pumpkin-Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin (1/2 cup)
    0.5 cup, mashed Banana, fresh
    2 cup Beans, black
    4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    3 tbsp All Whites Liquid Egg White (3 Tbsp=1 large egg's white)
    8 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
    2 tsp Vanilla Extract
    10 serving Stevia Extract In The Raw Sugar Substitute [1 packet]
    0.5 serving Chia seeds-ChiaVitae-ground-2 T.=15g. ea serving
    0.5 serving Fiber - Daily mixed - Equal Parts - 2 T. = 16g. Fiber
    1 serving Flour-White Bean Flour-Bob's Red Mill-1/4 c., 32g
    1 cup, chopped Walnuts
    2 tsp Baking Powder
    19 serving Ghirardelli Chocolate 60& Bittersweet Chocolate Chips (16 chips 1.5 grams)
    4 serving Oil - Flora Sunflower Organic- 1T. (15 ml)

Tips

This is a very moist "chocolaty" brownie.


Directions

Process in Food Processor, except for the chocolate chips and walnuts. Transfer to a bowl and add the nuts and chips. Even top with spatula. Bake @300*F. 1 1/2 to 2 hours - check with toothpick in center for doneness. I use a 9"X9" oiled square pan.

Serving Size: Makes 16 2" pieces.
