Ingredients

    I/2 c. Sugar Free chocolate chips
    8 T.Sunflower Oil
    1/2 c. Coconut Flour
    1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
    1/2 to 1 Tsp. espresso powder or Instant Espresso
    1/2 Tsp. salt
    6 large eggs at room temperature
    7 T. Agave Syrup
    2 tsp. Cider Vinegar
    1 Tsp. Baking Powder
    3 T. Milk
    1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
    1/2 c. walnuts

Tips

I place a walnut half on top of each brownie. The pan of water in the oven adds moisture.


Directions

Mix dry ingredients in one bowl, and wet ingredients in another bowl then mix them together. Scoop into a "PAM" sprayed non-stick 8X8" pan -- I use a pan with 12 dividers made for brownies. Place a shallow pan of water on the oven shelf under the brownies. Bake in 350* oven 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick in center comes out clean.

Serving Size: Makes 12 brownies.
