This is a tasty, but very light version of meatballs. I counted the calories per meatball, of course you can make the meatballs in whatever size you want.
Very simple and basic. A good base for whatever you like.

sorry if someone already posted this recipe! This is a salad I eat alot but I added carrots to eat to make it a meal and some evoo you can add whatever you want.
This is not a diet receipe! Calculated it to see how many calories my boyfriend's dinner had in it! It tasted awesome though, but has a full day's worth of calories in it!
This is a great way to make spaghetti sauce and make it lower in calories by adding more vegetables.

A hearty winter minestrone that no broth. The original recipe called for pancetta but I don't eat pork so I subbed in turkey bacon. I would also add some swiss chard, but they didn't have it in market today
A complete one dish meal. Skillet lasagna made lighter using turkey meat. I don't like ricotta so I changed the original recipe to add mozarella instead, it comes out creamy and delicious. Add some fresh basil if you have it on hand. Sometimes I add a few slices of turkey bacon in with the onions in the beginning of the recipe.
