This is a deliciouse alternative to pizza, packed with protein and low in carbs makes it great for pre or post workout meal!
(I added the chicken to a recipe I got from somewhere, but don't know where. The original recipe called for twice as much cream cheese.)
(adapted from somewhere - I think The Carbohydrate Addict's Cookbook, but I'm not sure)
Marinate the chicken in the ingredients described for an hour at least. Then cook the chicken and the broccoli until brown. In another pan, add the coconut milk and peanut butter until melted and blended together. Add the mixture to the broccoli and chicken and Voila!
Tasty burger which can be served alone, or with bacon, fried onions and cheese stacked in a toasted bun.
This is a simple sweet 'n sour sauce that makes enough for one generous serving of stir fry.
