This is a recipe inspired by the 6 Week Total Body Makeover program and from the cookbook Makeover America. I left out 1 zucchini and 1 cup fresh asparagus, chopped. Please remember most, if not all, of the recipes form the 6WK program is salt, fat, dairy and sugar free.
