Easy to make & very flavorful. Works great as a sandwich spread with vegetables or roasted chicken. Also great as a veggie dip.
From the Five Instincts Diet - add either five ounces of tofu or five ounces chicken breast, and a Italian style salad dressing
-Cook the octopus with a onion and salt take it off when the onion is cooked
-keep the water for cooking the octopus
-saltee the rest of the onion the garlic and the chilli powder .in the olive oil until onion is soft .
- put the water from cooking the octopus 3 cups for each cup of rice salt and the bay leafs
- when itīs boiling put the rice in and stir , cook for about 13 minutes and just before cooked put the octopus in
- serve right away
Some people put some red wine with the water to cook the rice for flavour i prefer without it
I've only added this to calculate the nutritional information. I'm not recommending it as a gourmet snack - but it was quite tasty and filling.
