Introduction
-Cook the octopus with a onion and salt take it off when the onion is cooked-keep the water for cooking the octopus
-saltee the rest of the onion the garlic and the chilli powder .in the olive oil until onion is soft .
- put the water from cooking the octopus 3 cups for each cup of rice salt and the bay leafs
- when itīs boiling put the rice in and stir , cook for about 13 minutes and just before cooked put the octopus in
- serve right away
