My son eats adobo almost everyday! He likes it a little sweet and so I came up with this one.
Golden battered and fried Sourdough bread, layers of maple glazed turkey and ham, melted aged, premium, Vermont cheddar and a cranberry spread. Sound like heaven?
Mix all together and serve over toast. My family likes to spread garlic hummus on the toast first.

My reduced calorie version. I love it open face on lightly toasted bread with a slice of tomato. Top with a slice of your favorite cheese and broil until the cheese melts. Also good on top of a tossed salad.
