I eat this every morning for breakfast. It is perfect for me, because it keeps me satisfied until my next meal, but it doesn't make me feel full.
A great supper/ Great without the Turkey also. This is a Gluten Free dish. Makes enough for a large family or for guests.
I invented this because I was craving chicken and dumplings, but did not want to add all of the heavy cream that is usually involved. It felt like comfort food at it's finest!

I made this up after getting frustrated with the calories involved in the usual chicken salad. I wanted something that tasted great, but was low cal and low fat. It is very yummy. Hope you like it.

My mother-in-law raised 6 kids on this. I made it for my husband tonight and he liked it, but said that his Mom's had more liquid in it. She probably added the potato water, which I didn't do.
