Ingredients

    Lima Beans, .5 cup
    Beans, pinto, .5 cup
    Beans, navy, .5 cup
    Beans, great northern, .5 cup
    Water, tap, 8 cup
    *Rapunzel vegetable boullion, No salt added 4 cubes
    Carrots, raw, 2 (7-1/2")
    Onions, raw or frozen, 1 cup, chopped
    Quinoa, dry, 1 cup
    Garlic, 2 tsp
    Basil, 1 tbsp
    Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tbsp
    Sea salt to taste

Directions

Soak dried beans overnight. Chop carrots and onion and dice garlic. Add all ingredients to rice cooker or slow cooker in the morning. Press cook and enjoy for lunch or dinner.
