This recipe is one that I created after trying many different authentic middle eastern lamb dishes. It basically is my changes to the spices and ingredients until it was to my taste. If you are looking for a completely authentic recipe, this isn't it! I just thought I would share!
Also: This recipe is the one I use when cooking for just my partner and I, we usually end up with enough leftovers to eat the meal twice, most people would probably prefer more meat, so you may want to use 2 lbs instead of just 1.

I just threw this together...it was quick and easy. Saw similar recipes online but just used what I had in the kitchen.
This low-carb lasagna uses zucchini "noodles" instead of lasagna noodles. The trick to making this work is to take some of the water out of the zucchini first by salting the "noodles". Then they firm up and are more noodle-like, instead of mushy. This recipe can be made with or without meat.
