Delicious and easy to make

A meal that has been in my family for at least 20 years.

Even with extra lean ground beef, the burgers stay moist.

Shepherds pie, made with ground pork, french style green beans, healthy request cream of mushroom soup, onions, salt, pepper, and Mashed potatoes. Hearty and filling.

1/2 lb of ground turkey
1/2 lb. of lean ground beef
1 egg
1/4 cup oatmeal
1/4 cup Panko crumbs
1/4 cup BBQ sauce
1 tsp Dijon Mustard

I wanted to make burgers healthier, so I came up with this mixture. It tastes great, is a great texture, and is healthy.

This recipe is not including a tortilla or salsa or pico or cheese etc.. this is strictly for the beef inside. the salt pepper is to taste but i had to pick an amount.

This is a great healthy spin on the traditional lasagna. Using whole wheat noodles and light spagetti sauce along with a lean ground beef and spinach really make it a better choice without sacrificing taste.
