Introduction
This is a great healthy spin on the traditional lasagna. Using whole wheat noodles and light spagetti sauce along with a lean ground beef and spinach really make it a better choice without sacrificing taste. Ingredients

1 box Whole Wheat Lasagna Noodles
1 pound Lean Ground Beef
1 jar Light Spagetti Sauce
1 container of Ricotta Cheese
2 large Eggs
1 box frozen spinach thawed and drained
1/2 cup Parmesean Cheese
Directions
Boil noodles according to package while browning ground beef in skillet. Drain beef and add spagetti sauce. In a small bowl mix ricotta cheese, eggs and parmesean cheese, add spinach. Drain noodles in colander.
Put a thin layer of meat sauce on bottom of pan. Cover with a layer of noodles. Spread ricotta cheese mixture over noodles. Cover with a layer of mozzarella cheese. Repeat until pan is full. Cover with remaining mozzarella cheese and meat sauce. Cover with foil and cook for 55 minutes, remove foil and cook for 5 more minutes. Cool and serve
