Tweaked this from a dip recipe I saw for New Year's Day. Makes 10 (very filling!) tortillas, each one with 15g of fiber and 21g of protein.

I made this recipe up using bits and pieces of other recipes. My six-year old loves it, despite all the veggies I sneaked in there!

This is very easy to make and lasts my family a couple of days. We top ours with shredded cheddar (not included in nutrition info).
