Tuna dish thats easy and could be easily modified. I make it to take for lunch a couple of days a wek.
This is a quick recipe my roommate came up with. I usually serve it with a baked potato or yam.
1. Heat broiler. In a bowl, combine ingredients. Season with salt & pepper.
2. Broil sandwich rolls. (calories not included in recipe)
3. Top 1/2 of the roll with tuna mixture. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese if desired. (Calories not included in recipe)
4. Cover with other half of the roll.
This is a variation of Tuna Salad. I use the Wild Alaskan Salmon from Costco that comes in 6 oz cans. Mouth watering and a nice change for folks who don't care for tuna.
This Fresh, light seafood salad makes a beautiful table. Great with a hot tomato soup or gazpacho and a slice of Julian Bakery's Almond Paleo Bread with garlic butter.
Healthy Cod in veggie sauce. You can do this in the oven and use any other white fish.
