Ingredients

    1. Two Pounds Wild Caught Langostino Lobster Tails (909.5 grams). I buy the fully cooked and frozen 2 lb packages from Costco.

    2. One Half Cup Captain Toady's Tasty Cocktail Sauce

    3. Six Cups Chopped Baby Spring Mix Lettuce

    4. One Purple Onion Sliced Thin (For a mild, sweet onion taste, slice the onion about 4-8 hours before making the Salad. Allow the onion slices to breath for several hours to release the harsh, hot onion taste and vapors.)

    5. One half large Cucumber sliced thin.

    6. One large orange Bell Pepper sliced into chunky slices.

    7. One medium Whole Raw Tomato, cut into bite sized chunks.

    8. Eight TBLSP Bragg Healthy Vinaigrette Salad Dressing.

Tips

This would also be good with cocktail shrimp. Each serving provides 1/4 lb Langostino or Shrimp and a generous serving of vegetables.

Directions

No Cooking Needed.

Thaw and drain Langostinos. MIx with the Captain Toady's Tasty Cocktail Sauce. Set this mixture aside to marinade.

Chop lettuce into bite sized pieces. Put into a large serving platter and add Vinaigrette. Toss until thoroughly mixed. Arrange all other veggies around the edges of the salad.

Pile the 2 lbs of Marinaded Lobster Tails onto the top of the salad. For a garnish, place a few cucumber slices on the top.

Enjoy with Paleo Garlic Bread and a hearty Tomato Soup.
