This is a very spicy but delicious dish. It tastes very rich for very few calories. Eat over rice or noodles if desired (not included in nutritional information). I buy frozen Venus Clams on the half shell at the Asian Food market (they are about the size of a quarter). I get about 48 clams for $2.99.
