Layer salad, minus the mayo topping. Use lowfat dressing individually, instead. My favorite is Cilantro Avocado or Salsa Verde, both from Bolthouse Farms. 40 cals/serving for those dressings.
This is a dressing I use on all kinds of things, cole slaw, tomatoes, spinach, mixed greens and more. I just drizzle, pinch, sprinkle and splash. Hard to come up with actual quantities. It's all to taste.

This is my fave salad. I chop up the ingredients every few days, then mix it as needed. Takes about 20 minutes to do the chopping, but then you have a ready-made salad for the next few days. I add a boiled egg or a different protein, if I'm having it as a meal, but have it as-is as a side.
Serve on a bed of lettuce, topped with a little shredded cheese, salsa & crushed tortilla chips (I like to use doritos).
mix all liquids and spices with 4 cups chopped mushrooms and halved tomatoes (1 and .5 cups). stir 2 times over a 10 minute period then in fridge for 2 hours.
