Dal Tadka- Khan's Recipie
This is not true "tadka", but it is my version. It's vegan, low-fat, and low calories. You can alter the spice amounts to your taste. I put the amount of spices for a "mild" flavor. Double all the spices except the chili powder to give a more robust flavor.
