Heart Healthy Fruit & Nut Oatmeal Cookies
My version of a "Squidoo" website recipe. As the website promises, these are filled with fruity, nutty goodness. It's left up to the baker for what fruits and nuts to use. I chose dried apricots, prunes and dried cherries. Splendid combination! Much better than store-bought granola! Only 68 calories per cookie!
