This was excellent! My husband isnt a huge quinoa fan, but said this is one of the best vegan meals I have made so far (i used vegetable broth, and used nutritional yeast and ground almonds as my parmesan. Thanks for the recipe :)
Thank you for this tasty recipe. I made it for a potluck and many of the attendees had never eaten Quinoa. They enjoyed it. I used low sodium vegetable broth and added a teaspoon of cayenne.
