With butternut squash I cut it in cubes and microwave. It stays dry so I add butter and that is how we eat it. I make it in a ricer. Loved the recipe when I used no sugar or nutmeg. Ricer makes it smooth. Pat in Maine. Submitted by:

One of my favorite vegetables! I use Splenda Brown Sugar and I Can't Believe It's Not Butter". I buy the squash already peeled and cubed at Whole Foods. Makes enough for 5 meals. Submitted by:
