The canned tomatoes were still too acidic after cooking. I made a few tweaks so that it was enjoyable, but next time I will definitely tweak it using the traditional suggestions!!

Enjoyed this one-dish wonder. First time cooking with curry. I doubled spices, except curry, as suggested but will probably bump this up also. Used frozen edamame in place of peas. This adds more protein. Also added yellow pepper. Very colorful dish. Great leftovers a Submitted by:
