Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

Positively awesome! I used 8 tbsp of Pure Protein Vanilla for the two scoops of protein powder in the ingredient list. I also used GF Quaker quick cooking oats ground up in place of oat flour. Couldn't cut into 12 slices (too small!) - 6 hearty slices were 121 calories according to MFP.
I didn't get the recipe here. I got it from bodybuilding.com. These are the best. Way better than store bought protein bars.
