Interesting. Can lower the sugar too.
Delicious. I also made them into mini muffins at 104 calories but I prefered the larger size. A bit higher cal than I would normally make but they are at least healthier than most ones you buy.
Too high in carbs, calories and sodium in one serving for me. Thanks
