Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I skip the salt and the olive oil. I drain and rinse the chickpeas to eliminate extra sodium. I add extra lemon, that's just my personal preference. I don't have a food processor so I use a blender and it works fine if you add water to help keep it blending.
