Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I'm too lazy to cook so I used pickeled beets. The idea of apple vinegar made me think to add apple slices. Carrots too and just a dollop of sourcream. Left out the sugar.
Made with less sugar. Delicious!!!
I modified a little as I thoughtit was too sweet. We liked it with less sugar.
