Delicious and filling! I topped them w/ sugar-free syrup.
These are terrific! I love blueberries, and these are the easiest, yummiest, healthiest pancakes I've had in ages! I made them with non-fat milk, and since I didn't have any applesauce on hand I used a tablespoon of splenda, and they were delicious. Can't wait to try it again with applesauce.
