Perfect low calorie soup.
Very good tho I did add a couple things. I just can't leave a recipe alone lol. I added a couple stalks of celery and mushrooms to saute with rest of ingredients. Didn't have vegetable broth so substituted low sodium chicken broth, V8 and a handfull of shells.
Very easy, delicious and low calorie. What's not to like?
