Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I am not a fan of salsa so I used chili sauce and it was very good. Add 10 calories per cone for chili sauce.
Watch sodium
A little high in sodium but delicious all the same.
Excellent dish for the family. I added raw broccoli and onions while sauteing the diced chicken with some Mrs Dash herb seasoning. The family added a dollop of sour cream and/or hot sauce at the table.

This is great with a side dish of low-sodium kernel corn seasoned lightly with bacon crumbles.
I will try this beacuse mexican food is my weakness. At 4.9 fat grams I won't feel guilty!
I tried this recipe it was fantastic. My adjustments were that I just cooked in a frying pan, diced the chicken instead of shred it & added a chopped onion & i added a fajita season to it. We also added a dollop of sour cream to it once it was done baking. It added a few more calories but worth it
