This is in response to Stefka, I calculated the recipe with 93% lean turkey and it came out to 6.6 g of fat and 228.8 calories. Have not made it yet but will soon.
Can the fat count be right?! I had this last night - excellent, by the way - but then saw the 13.2 g of fat. This can't be from the ground turkey and teensey bit of olive oil, so maybe it calculated wrong?
