Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

Pretty good - I didn't have brown sugar, so I used white only, and didn't add molasses. I also added ISO Whey protein mix ( about 1/2 cup ) instead of the 35% whey protein powder. and only used wheat flour, not white flour.
