Nutrition & Calorie Comments

a big serving.. I dont think it need the salt..
Great recipe. Like the addition of fruit. I used nonfat greek yogurt and a squeeze of lemon juice, and added celery as someone suggested. Used reduced sugar craisins and much fewer of them and it was still a great recipe and goes in my favorite file.
I substituted nonfat plain Greek yogurt for mayo. It was pretty ok.
I loved the additions, great way to beef it up and add more substance without a lot of calories. DH was not too thrilled but he eats tuna straight from the can so what does he know.
I really liked it. I put it on whole grain bread with romaine and used the lowfat olive oil mayo as well as toning down the apple a little bit. It turned out great. Thanks so much!!
YUM! They make a "full fat" version at my work so I can't wait to try this!!
It's a keeper! A perfect blend of flavors. I omitted the salt for health reasons, I think it's perfect without. Saving it to my cookbook right away. Thanks for sharing : )
