Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I enjoyed this soup after a few changes- was way too salty, so I added a bunch more water. Next time will skip the soup base and use homemade or boxed low sodium broth. I used a large portabella chopped instead of the small mushrooms, and added Garlic and Herb Mrs Dash and Basil and saute the onion.
