Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Made this with all brown rice only rice on hand.and I must assume the calories might be different I did enjoy it . I was surprised there was so much of it actually.
What a wonderful meal! Easy, quick, basic ingredients, but still awesomely healthy and low in calories! Thanks so much for sharing!
Just what I was looking for in a non-protein soup. So many soups are so blah and uninteresting. This one was very good. I skipped the converted rice and went with all wild, balsamic vinegar, plus some red wine and mushrooms. Good for dinner on the Serotonin Power Diet! Definitely add the basil.
