A great sauce for pasta or lasagna. At 116 calories per 1 cup serving, you can't go wrong. With a cup of pasta and a low fat salad, you have a meal. It is low enough in fat you could have a piece of garlic bread too! All for about 400 calories!

Healthy but delicious Italian meat sauce. I am allergic to basil but can add it also. The cinnamon replaces the sugar. Serve with pasta or use with other dishes.

For sodium restricted diets...If you like flavor in your food and don't care about sodium, replace no-salt-added with regular products and increase salt to taste

This is a hearty, meaty red sauce, good for pastas . . . or you can do what I do: eat it by itself, sans pasta.
