Really good and healthy! I like the low count for calories and carbs.
All natural and delicious. Nourishing and low calorie as well. Makes it a winner.
4 stars only because I wish it had protein powder in it instead of flaxseed ( this recipe calls for A LOT of flaxseed). I will just simply replace flaxseed with peanut butter flavored protein powder.
Finally. A protein bar that doesn't call for protein powder! These sound delicious, & can't wait to make them! ;)
