Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I received a similar recipe 20 years ago from a friend at work. To lower the calories and fat, I use 1 pound hamburger and saute it with the onions first and then drain off all the fat. Could try ground turkey or part turkey and beef, and brown rice to increase nutrition. My family loves it.
