Careful---these look absolutely delicious but I really wouldn't consider this a "protein bar" with only 4.8 grams of protein and 28.8 grams of carbohydrate. The Oats, Special K, Cheerios, brown sugar, honey, chocolate chips are all very high glycemic index. I'm sure they're great for quick energy!
