I'm needing to keep my calories very low right now ( 1200 ) and I knew Id want toast with it so I used almond milk and left out the honey and the chia seeds ( I just didnt have any ) turned out grate!! I'll defiantly be trying all 6 of the recipes I found on Pinterest. is that where you found this?
