This is so good!!!!! My family loves Kiwi and we always have Fat-Free Yogurt on hand. I also used oranges and even lemons and limes. Truly refreshing!!!
I just pour Chrystal Light into an ice tray and have that as my treat. Less calories than this and really tasty!

Please also give calories with the recipe! I started 2days a week fasting with 500 cal each of those days.
